MX-ONE Telephony Server 3.1
The Implementation of the most modern technologies into internal management is an imperative and basic prerequisite for the TeleGroup Company to maintain its prominent position in the telecommunications market. Namely, in response to growing business needs, Telegroup has commissioned a new Ericsson IP main telephone exchange MX-ONE Telephony Server 3.1 and Contact center - Solidus eCare
The noted systems are based on most advanced telecommunication technologies. It should be emphasized that the experts of the TeleGroup Company, besides from testing the platform in laboratory conditions, now can monitor the equipment in its daily operative regime.
The new telephone exchange and contact center have been introduced with the aim of advancing the communication system at the corporate level, and equaly important, ease work for the technical support service, which will, in a much simpler and more efficient way, provide its clients support 24 hours per day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
The purpose of IP telephony in the whole world is primarily to lower the costs of the traffic, as well as to offer its users a large number of advanced services. We will mention only some of them: alternative redirecting, billing calls, changing of the intensity of traffic, direct incoming calls, direct inward dialing...
MX - ONE Telephony Server is a modern IP main exchange which, contrary to the classical, uses Internet infrastructure. It is extremely useful because it permits the employees to access a local Telegroup network from any part of the world at any moment, and achieve a traffic which is charged at the price of a local call, and/or at the price of used internet hours. The use of this service provides a mobility of workplace.

This exchange integrates voice and data, fixed and mobile telephony, as well as private and public networks, and is constructed so that it fits within existing company infrastructure. Considering it is a system of flexible and distributed architecture, as its strongest points we can underline the possibility of expansion from 100 to 50 000 users, and that by a simple software update the latest version of the exchange can always be configured.
The system supports SIP protocol, which seems to be becoming a standard in modern telecommunications, since, contrary to H.323 protocol, it permits using of terminals of different producers.
The possibilities offered by this new system are endless, but one should add that even the hardest requirements of our clients, for example constant expansion of the number of users, or connecting geographically distant locations, can be answered by netting of multiple MX-ONE system in a new network using the Internet infrastructure.
Contact Center is a multimedia call center which at the same time permits an efficient directing of telephone calls, but also a two-way communication with clients through other media, such as e-mail, fax, sms, and web chat.
Its general characteristics are that, besides enabling the clients the way of communication with the company, all the incoming contact details are registered and saved on the server, then analyzed and used for segmentation of target groups, development of new services and products as well as maintaining relations with existing clients. That means that a contact center can become an important company analytical tool in client contacts management and customer care system.
However, because of the specific activity of the Telegroup, the advantage of putting into operation of this center primarily concerns the efficiency of the technical support service.
